| eConnect is Washtenaw County's Development Services' web site for permits. You can research
all the types of permits that we provide, including building permits, soil erosion, well, and sewage permits.
Information about land parcels and associated permits is available. Now you can apply for simple
building permits (those not requiring plans) through eConnect. We will be adding more permit types over the next year. Go to How to Register
for how to get signed up to use eConnect to apply for permits and pay fees on-line. You do not need to
be a registered user to view permits and parcels, but to apply for permits and pay fees, you must register for a user ID. |

| The eConnect web site only includes permits for the jurisdictions
covered by Washtenaw County's Development Services. Check the Jurisdiction Chart
for those jurisdictions. All parcels in Washtenaw County can be displayed, however,
permit information is only available for those jurisdictions covered by Washtenaw County. If you live in another jurisdiction,
you will need to go to that jurisdiction to apply for a permit. |
